Nothing positive. According to the staff, a system glitch meant there was no room available, so when I arrived I was moved to another hostel without prior notice, a lower‑quality place that usually costs less, yet I had to pay the same price. I had already stayed there before and it left a lot to be desired, so I wouldn’t have accepted the swap, but at 12 a.m. I couldn’t find a solution on my own. The service was terrible.

This was my second stay at La Campana. The room was basic but clean and quiet, with air conditioning—a huge plus. Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful, and even remembered me from before.

The location is very good. The cleanliness was lacking, the tables were covered in cigarette ash, the old windows were not very clean, and the cistern’s button was loose.
