A quiet spot, a spacious apartment with everything needed for longer stays, great breakfast and dinner at the agripizzeria, close to Grosseto and Monte Argentario, a very kind and helpful host, reliable Wi‑Fi, and a parking spot.

The house is equipped with everything needed, designed with attention to detail, new finishes and appliances that work perfectly, air conditioning and all guest necessities, a convenient private parking outside, and the owners are very kind and helpful. My son and I managed to enjoy a barbecue outside while sipping good white wine from their own production. However, there is no dishwasher or washing machine, and the phone line does not work – only Wi‑Fi is available.
