The front‑desk ladies were super amazing, and even with the language barrier their attitude was outstanding. On Sunday, 31st May, an older male staff member at the café was unhelpful when we asked for a spoon to serve soup; he simply dismissed us, so a bit of customer‑service training would help him a lot.

The location is good, but the staff don’t speak English, don’t accept card payments, only contactless or cash.

Unfortunately, the guest's stay at the hotel was marred by a disappointing breakfast experience. While the hotel had its positives, the breakfast was a major letdown. The guest was left feeling underwhelmed by the hotel's culinary offerings.
