The room was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of.

“Great location”
The spot is great and the breakfast is solid, but the Wi‑Fi never worked, the front desk staff were useless, and I even found someone else’s hair on what should have been clean towels; the room feels like a matchbox, especially for a “deluxe” category.
They forced me to pay a £200 deposit, refused cash, and after a month I still haven’t gotten my money back.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
The location was fine, but overall the stay was very disappointing. There’s no parking inside the building and the hotel’s lot is a fair walk away, with no valet service and a steep daily fee of £40; the reception staff didn’t seem professionally experienced, check‑in took far too long, and breakfast was poor in both quality and variety. In short, the experience was unsatisfactory and I can’t recommend this hotel.

Huge thanks to receptionist Tawi and Micheal for their amazing service; this is my second visit after the renovation, and I loved the lobby and its scent, plus the location is excellent.
