The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, earning 10 points, yet the hotel feels quite old, needs upgrades and maintenance if it wants to stay relevant, and the furnishings look like they’re from ten years ago.

The room was very spacious, with beautiful design, a bathroom and all necessary amenities; however, the housekeeping staff was quite noisy. In contrast, the reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. Even though I didn’t need housekeeping to avoid the noise from staff chatter, the administrator still kindly asked how I was feeling to ensure my comfort. I don’t know what happened with the cleaner, but she kept talking, creating inconveniences in the mornings.
