“Lively property, good service, need to work on offering value”

The location was beautiful, the layout and gardens were nice, yet the rooms cost £1.1l a night, were small, and offered no space to stash empty suitcases.

We asked for an extra hour to keep the room, were denied, left before 12 h as requested, only to find they started cleaning at 14:30; at over 2000 € a night they could have made a small effort.

I was really looking forward to staying on that gorgeous beach, and the hotel's location definitely delivered. However, there was a bit of a hiccup when I arrived - my room wasn't ready like they said it would be. To make matters worse, the main restaurant was a letdown, which was pretty disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

“Beautiful location. Very tired bathroom. Very expensive”

This hotel's location is seriously amazing - I felt so lucky to be staying here. That being said, I was a bit shocked by the state of the bathroom, especially given the 5-star price tag. It was pretty worn out, which was a bummer.
