The transport links were great. However, the Wi‑Fi was terrible—I've never seen such a weak signal in this day and age. We bought breakfast but arrived a bit late; staff told us we had to pay extra for it, and the check‑in process never explained the breakfast hours or rules, so we lost two people’s meals. The bathtub in the bathroom was also very dirty.
I liked the location; the hotel grounds were very green and clean. The pool was super, and the mountain view was simply breathtaking 😍. The Wi‑Fi in the rooms barely worked.
A fantastic hotel with a superb location, wonderful breakfasts and a great restaurant and bar on site. We had booked two nights but ended up staying three because we didn’t want to leave. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and freshly renovated, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent.
The location was good, the pool and garden were nice, and breakfast was also good. The staff were friendly. However, I was bitten by bed bugs—disgusting—and on my second night I thought the bites were mosquitoes, but by the third night my whole body was covered in small bites. There was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms; we were in the main building on the second floor and had to go down to the lobby to connect. In 2026 it would be great to have Wi‑Fi in the hotel room.
