I recently stayed in a family room that fell short of expectations. The room lacked basic amenities such as bed covers and sheets, which were not even shown in the photos. Considering the price, I felt it was not worth the money. Unfortunately, the room did not provide a comfortable stay for my family.

My room was not cleaned and maintained properly, which was a major issue. However, when I requested a dustbin, it was promptly provided, which was a positive gesture. Unfortunately, the TV was not working, and there was no hot water facility available. The only redeeming quality was the hotel's location, which was not ideal.

The hotel's location was a major highlight of my stay, as it was very convenient and easily accessible. However, I was disappointed with the door lock and other facilities, which needed significant improvement. Despite this, the location made up for some of the shortcomings.
