The location was great, and the village is lovely, accessible via a bridge with pools and gardens. Palazzo Vittoria feels a bit dated, especially the room doors and keys that look like home bathroom keys. Air‑conditioning, a minibar, and a safe are present, but the cleaning could be better. The restaurant can’t accommodate all guests of the entire Pian dei Mucini resort and is always full, so we had to leave the resort for dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The location was excellent. The rooms, however, had poor soundproofing.

The location was splendid, the park was very beautiful, and the pools were gorgeous. The room’s door and lock were ridiculous, the breakfast was standard and uninspired, and the on‑site restaurant was full, so we ate out instead.
