The surroundings were exceptional, with a pool area and gardens to relax in. The breakfast was really poor and they didn’t restock during the morning, which was disappointing because we expected a breakfast worthy of a Masseria. The staff weren’t very pleasant. The rooms and furnishings need a renovation.

The setting is ideal, surrounded by nature. The old Masseria is well preserved and very cozy. The pool area is very quiet and blends into the surroundings. The rooms need an update, as does the furniture. The breakfast is truly poor, with low‑quality food that isn’t restocked. The staff could improve their service.

The breakfast was good, though the selection was limited; the building was nice, the environment calm and clean, overall a solid property with a lot of character. The shower water sometimes came out lukewarm, which was acceptable, but at other times it was cold. There's nothing to improve.

The location is stunning, the spot is excellent, everything feels very atmospheric even at night, the restaurant area is beautiful and everything tastes good. The pool is convenient, though the water was cold. The room assigned to us was very cold, there was a lot of dampness and many ants. In general the rooms need to be updated; they don't match the price‑quality ratio and they clash with the dream location and the rest of the services.
