Very nice location. The reception was hardly staffed.

The manager dealt with booking problems over the phone in a solution‑focused way. The lounge was filthy, with beer bottles everywhere, furniture scattered and some broken, and we still haven’t received a final hotel invoice. Reception staff were unfriendly, and a group of nine people waited visibly at the front desk while the clerk stayed in the back room and didn’t come out to check them in.

Unfortunately nothing. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, there was a long wait for someone at reception, breakfast was very sparse, and there was no cocoa for the children because the dispenser was empty and was not refilled even when asked.

I never got a receipt for my stay, and the hotel staff were hopeless to reach. For a whole week I sent several emails through Booking and directly to their address, yet nothing came back. I’d advise anyone needing an invoice to stay far away; the hotel itself met my expectations otherwise.
