The setting was extraordinary, with a villa, tiny houses, and a treehouse on a park‑like property; the garden tiny house was stylish and practical, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the betting could have been better ;-). Seriously, everything else was exceptionally beautiful, and a car is recommended for arrival and departure.

The Matador Lodges are a must‑visit; we loved everything from the moment we arrived, feeling immediately at ease. Laura and her family are incredibly warm hosts who run the place with great attention to detail. The furnishings are high‑quality and stylishly assembled, the breakfast is outstanding and far above typical hotel offerings, and the surroundings offer plenty of options—everything was perfect for us. Thanks again for the lovely days, and we hope to stay longer next time.

The location is very beautiful and idyllic within a large, well‑maintained area. Hostess Laura was very helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Breakfast can be served in the room/apartment on request and was very good. We would gladly return anytime. Thank you, Laura! There is absolutely nothing to complain about; it was perfect.

The environment, Laura’s kindness and availability, the sauna, great advice for walks, stilt house, and magnificent breakfast were all positive. A blanket in the room would be a plus for cool nights, and there is no oven in the houses (only in the apartments).
