It was very spacious and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was very complete.
Very welcoming and accommodating.
I would say it couldn't have gone better, also thanks to the good dialogue with management.
“Perfetto”
The host was extremely kind, the bathroom was super clean, and finally a truly immaculate shower; the room was welcoming and comfortable, and the location was excellent.
Excellent instructions on how to get into the building after hours, a great breakfast with excellent coffee and especially the banana cake; climbing three steep flights of stairs was a bit much, but they were very helpful letting us leave our luggage in an empty room on the lower level. It would have been nice to receive a notice that someone would be coming after we were told everyone was on holiday and we were on our own.
