“Worker opened it door and walked in our room.”
Our anniversary trip was ruined when a staff member walked into our room; we heard keys rattling, and a girl opened the adjoining door thinking it was a closet. We called the front desk twice, but the calls were forwarded to a machine and we left a message. When we finally reached the desk, the lady apologized, offered a free pizza, and promised to lock the other side of the unit, yet on Friday when we checked out the adjoining unit was still unlocked. I have video evidence of everything. Five days later, they still haven’t contacted us about this upsetting incident. It seems a pizza was all they thought would resolve the situation. If you plan to stay there, expect unwanted guests.
