Very calm place and beautiful, very close to the castle and mosque. 10-15 minute drive from city centre, which is also a good thing that it’s calm. 10-15 minute drive from the centre but I liked it this way, though it may not suit some people.

The room felt a bit worn, yet overall it was comfortable, especially the bathroom with its shower cabin and bidet. The hotel’s grounds, featuring a large garden and pools, were pretty nice, though in early October they weren’t fully usable. The restaurant is worth a visit – we had a great vegetarian meal there. Breakfast only offered drinks in paper cups. The riverside location is lovely but somewhat remote, and the area around the hotel complex is quite littered.

The restaurant was excellent, we dined happily with a mix of grilled fish, and the breakfast buffet was very filling. The staff were friendly. The room offered river and castle views and was comfortable; we enjoyed our stay. Regarding the location: it’s on the outskirts of town; from the center you’d need a taxi or a decent bike ride. If you mainly want to visit the lake, the mosque, and the castle, it’s perfect. If you also need to get into the center or require more time, you’ll have to take a taxi. The hair dryer didn’t work.
