Everything was fine. I never got my deposit back even though I was told it had been returned.
“Traumatic and extremely disappointing”
The location was good, but the rooms were filthy, deteriorated, and smelled awful. I was shown one room, three chalets, and three cabins—all equally dirty and in bad shape.
The hotel’s setting was fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to Patrick, who, even while busy, answered all our questions politely. Thanks for the free train ride too. I’d recommend this place to friends and will stay again when in the area!
“Nice location, but minor inconvenience’s”
Nice spot, beautiful views, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the highway. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom light was sensor‑activated and would switch off during a shower; you’d have to open the door to turn it back on. The towels were too small and thin—definitely not the quality one expects at a hotel of this caliber.

A great spot right in the woods with plenty of privacy. The cabin was spacious. The carpet had many white patches from a powder that should have been vacuumed—odd. A big box of armor hammer was left on the kitchen table and a towel lay on the balcony floor.
