“Very beautiful, but quiet”
The hotel's stunning beauty was a great start to our trip, but unfortunately, our arrival was a bit of a hassle. We'd booked ahead, but for some reason, they weren't expecting us, and we ended up waiting around for a good hour and a half before checking in. It was a shame, because the hotel's gorgeous surroundings had us excited to get settled. Hopefully, they can sort out their communication to avoid delays in the future.
“Very disappointing; property not maintained well”
The rooms were spacious, the location was good, the ocean view was nice, and there was a snorkeling spot nearby. The property was poorly maintained, weeds everywhere, no beach access, no restaurant, insufficient staff, and the price didn’t match the value. We switched resorts after the first night to a better option (Patuno resort) that’s nearby.
