Bamba Luxury Suites Napoli Central Station

The location works well for catching trains and the metro. Bamba was easy to contact and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The toilet lid wouldn’t stay up, which was a real hassle for my husband when using the toilet. The bathroom was very cramped; I’m a small person and still had to turn sideways to move from the shower to the bidet and basin. Luxury Suites feels a bit pricey for what it offers.

The apartment is in an old building with a lovely entrance. The beds were fine. The owner/manager was very friendly and informative, sending lots of useful details via WhatsApp about check‑in and city attractions. The photos were taken with a wide‑angle lens, edited, and don’t match reality at all. The apartment is much smaller than shown, the walls are covered with thick soft plastic that pretends to be marble, and it’s absolutely ugly. The balcony faces a street that looks nothing like the photos, full of trash and noise both day and night—though that’s typical in Napoli. The bathroom is too small and narrow, making it hard to use the toilet; the toilet seat wouldn’t lift, so you had to hold it while sitting. The shower’s hot water isn’t constant. The common area with laundry and a microwave isn’t full height, so you can’t stand upright. The location isn’t central; Piazza Garibaldi is on the east side of Napoli, and the interesting spots are to the west of Piazza Garibaldi.

The location is ideal. Check‑in was simple. Communication was quick and informative. A few practical shortcomings: the room is tight on storage, the wardrobe lacks a closet, and the shower is hard to regulate.

The location was excellent, close to all transport. The room had a very strong fragrance.
