The bathrooms were spotless, the place was quiet and pleasant, and everyone was very friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the buffet breakfast excellent with great Mzuzu coffee; the gym was good and the price was a great deal. Front office staffer Chimwemwe was very helpful and arranged an after‑hours meal—thanks, Chimwemwe. I liked the clean carpets, but I personally prefer carpet‑free rooms.
