The location, the staff and the air‑conditioning were all good, but the TV at reception was disappointing.

I was disappointed by the misleading description on the website. The washroom feels old, and the spa is unsafe because it isn’t properly fixed—it moves and shakes while you’re using it. The water isn’t channeled correctly, so you have to step into splashes before you even get to your room. It clearly needs major renovations and doesn’t justify the $276 Canadian dollars I paid.

The reception staff were excellent, and the free shuttle to and from the airport worked flawlessly. Breakfast was good, and the pool bar on the 5th floor was nice. The gym was a great bonus. 👏

Everything was fine overall. The TV lacked a proper channel and image quality, which needs improvement.
