I liked everything, found the room 5‑star, loved the little gift in the room. Cleanliness, organization, conditions were all very good. I recommend it and hope to book again next year because I have to go to Coimbra every year. Thank you. A small hiccup was that the entry code didn’t work. I was disappointed to see the garden and plants all dry, and I think there should have been a rug to place at the shower exit and a spare towel.

Parking was easy, the place was quiet, there were games and books available, the kitchen and living room were immaculate, and the cleaning was meticulous. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The idea of a shared kitchen is great. The design of the rooms and kitchen is very tasteful and well equipped. Because the cleaning staff have to wash all the laundry in the accommodation, the washer and dryer are often occupied, but it’s not that bad. The walk to the city and university is convenient.

A welcoming home with a very modern décor, a large, well‑equipped kitchen where you could enjoy pleasant company with the other guests staying there. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. No complaints.

The room décor is genuinely pretty and the bed is comfortable, but there is no sound insulation; the noise from other rooms is loud, especially with children running around the house. For this type of accommodation, I think small children shouldn’t be allowed because they usually don’t realize they need to keep quiet.
