The staff were helpful and polite, and the location is one of the best. They still have a long way to go before they can compete with more expensive options in the city.

The lift worked, so it’s fine for a few hours or a day, and it’s close to the market. The ambience isn’t good, the front office is unfriendly, breakfast was included in the price but the staff refused to serve it, and no water was provided.
