Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc

“The stay was okay overall, but the service could have been more flexible and accommodating.”

The hotel was fine overall, and the stay was comfortable. The staff were quite rigid when handling requests and showed very little flexibility or understanding.

“Fantastic value for money”

The staff were fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and garden. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant or room service, though there are plenty of nearby places to eat.

“Уютный уголок спокойствия и релакса:)”

We felt at home in this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The place is surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Our family semi‑luxury room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. Towels for the pool were handed out at reception. Breakfasts were excellent from 7.00‑9.30, always offering a variety of choices. The pool was beautiful and clean. We were treated to coconuts, nuts, and local halva. At departure we received a gift – very nice. It was a pity to leave our cozy home. We are very grateful to the owners for our great vacation here. The only downside is the morning construction noise, but that’s temporary. The hotel is expanding and will soon have more cozy cabins.

The photos and information about the facilities at this property were completely different from what we physically saw at the supposed resort. Many stray dogs were around. The breakfast was average.
