The breakfast was good, but the room had no heating and we felt cold.

We ran into some accommodation issues that were eventually fixed. We had to change rooms three times because they weren’t usable; maintenance was lacking, but the third room was fine.

The three front‑desk guys were excellent, helped me a lot, and pointed me toward the places I needed to visit. Thank you so much to all three.
