The staff at this hotel were completely unfriendly and made my stay a nightmare. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working, which made it even more unbearable. It's a shame because the location is great, but the poor service and broken amenities really let it down.

This hotel had some good things going for it - the location was great, and the area was nice. But the hotel itself was a different story. It was old and creaky, and the room smelled of cleaning liquid. The bathroom was dirty and the door wouldn't close properly. And to top it all off, the food didn't even smell good. Not exactly what I was looking for in a hotel.

The hotel's central location near the Gandhi Museum was a major plus, making it easy to explore the area. The room size was perfect for a one-night stay, and the bed was just right - not too hard, not too soft. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a water kettle and tea bags, and it was convenient to be able to pay with my international credit card. However, the room's window was a bit of a letdown, as it didn't close properly, and I still managed to get a few mosquitoes buzzing around.
