Breakfast was decent, but the location was bad. The staff working at night were too noisy, the room had a damp smell, the fridge was dirty, and there were expired items left by other guests; they refused to issue a receipt even though they are required to.
The beds were excellent.
The experience was excellent, but breakfast should have stayed open until 10 am.
“No reserven”
It was horrible; I’m from Pereira and my Chilean husband rented the hotel, but when we arrived it was closed and they didn’t tell us. It was raining badly, the area is very dangerous, and I don’t recommend it at all.
