“Friendly Staff, Missing Floor Towel”
The staff were super friendly and always on hand, but the bathroom was missing a floor towel.

This hotel is genuinely beautiful and welcoming, with interesting interiors and a stunning view from my room. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, and the family running it were warm, attentive, and truly caring. I had a fantastic stay and would love to return.
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home; the warm welcome and very friendly hosts made our stay special. You can tell everyone here is always trying to make the experience as comfortable as possible. It’s a personal house with a lot of attention to detail that radiates a cozy, family‑like vibe. The breakfast was outstanding and left nothing to be desired. Another plus is the location: Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm station and the town center are within walking distance. We’ll definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful time!
