The staff, especially Mattia, tried to accommodate my request for a continental breakfast instead of the Italian one, at least in sandwich form.

The place is well situated, but the Neapolitan breakfast wasn’t actually available—extra payment was required—and the shower needed a thorough scrub because of black mold everywhere.

The location is great and Mariachiara handled everything wonderfully; the rooms are comfortable and well laid out, yet the Wi‑Fi barely reaches the room and the air conditioning doesn’t cool enough until the early morning hours.

The rooms are clean and the location is good, but there are no signs directing you to the apartments and the air conditioning isn’t sufficient for the room.
