The staff were friendly and the location was good. Breakfast was a bit lacking.

The property is in a perfect spot, open countryside but just a short drive to the sea. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the right size. Breakfast was very satisfying and relaxing. A big plus was the presence of animals – dogs and cats roaming the premises, as well as ducks, sheep, and roosters – making the stay feel like a countryside escape with the sea nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Many free beaches in Ascea let you enjoy the sea without relying on resorts.
The location was great and the rooms were nice. The garden was poorly maintained and breakfast needed serious improvement.
It’s a country house with fairly large rooms that include a bathroom. The owners were kind. The spot works well for those wanting to hit the nearby sea or visit towns like Ascea, Casal Velino, Acciaroli, etc. There’s no clothesline in the room, only one in the common area which is far away. Breakfast was adequate, but I’d have liked some homemade cakes.
