I liked the location of Ritz Hostel and the host’s attentiveness. The only issue was the room door lock; switching to an automatic keypad lock would improve opening.

I was disappointed by the lack of personal interaction; everything was 100 % digital and there was no minimum level of face‑to‑face contact, which felt odd when people can just talk.

The staff were friendly and the place sits right in the middle of everything, which made getting around a breeze. For the price I paid, I felt I got solid value.

Getting to the hotel was a snap – the entrance and exit are both secure and easy to navigate. Its spot is convenient, so moving around the city was hassle‑free.
