The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the food is amazing - I had some of the best meals of my trip here. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. However, the hotel itself could do with some serious TLC - the maintenance is pretty poor, with creaky floors, leaky taps, and a general air of neglect.
