When I arrived, everything was shut, no one was available for check‑in, and there was no sign to enter.

It’s cold, not warm. The pillows have a bad smell and the hotel has no staff to replace them.

Staff are always present. The bathroom smells, the toilet water didn’t drain initially, only one towel was provided, and there were no shampoo or conditioner. Spiders were everywhere by the bed, there was no soundproofing, and the mold was excessive.

The location is close to GBC, JCC, Istora Senayan, and the Sudirman area. It’s fine for business travelers, but not recommended for family holidays. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom door was broken, the fridge was non‑functional, and the mattress was worn out.
