Customer service was great, though the snacks were a bit expensive.

The location was good, but breakfast was lacking and there was no elevator.

Breakfast is always good, but a microwave would be nice; it was a bit hot and the HVAC unit made a little too much noise, though opening the windows helped a lot.

The front desk team was welcoming and went out of their way to assist me, but the mattress and pillows left me feeling restless all night.
