This hotel has its perks – it's easily accessible, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The safety and cleanliness of the place are also top-notch, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony is stunning. I'd definitely recommend it to families looking for a hassle-free stay.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's where the positives end. The food service was a nightmare – I waited for 25 minutes to get additional chapatis, and the restaurant staff struggled to communicate in both English and Hindi. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.
