No good stuff at all. Just one day before I was supposed to arrive, they hit me with a note that the restaurant was closed—after all that back‑and‑forth about the menu. Felt like a let‑down.

The room had a rustic vibe that I liked at first, but the rest of it was a nightmare. I was traveling alone and the door couldn’t be locked—scary. The place smelled like a stale attic, and the window wouldn’t open. I sat there 30 minutes, and my clothes ended up smelling the same. I couldn’t fill a water bottle in either of the two sinks. When I tried to call the owners at check‑in, they were unreachable, even though I’d given them a time window.
