Świetnie prowadzony obiekt przez sympatycznego właściciela. Już pierwsze chwile na miejscu sprawiają że aż chce się tutaj być. Pokoje, to w zasadzie apartamenty o wystarczającej kubaturze dla komfortowego pobytu 2, 3 osób. Do dyspozycji gości aneks kuchenny z pełnym wyposażeniem, taras z krzesełkami, stolikiem i wspaniałym widokiem na Beskidy. Znajdziemy tutaj również altankę, stoliki, miejsce na ognisko, grill itp, a wszędzie czystość i porządek. Tak trzymać. Pozdrowienia dla właściciela, bez wątpienia wrócimy

A very pleasant place in a beautiful setting, clean, cozy, and comfortable, with amazing views of the lake and the Beskids from the property. The friendly and helpful staff deserve special mention. The location is a major plus—close to both the lake and the mountains. I definitely recommend it!

A great spot for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday in Zarzecze. The biggest advantage is the location—just a moment away from the very edge of Lake Żywiecki, and the view of the water and mountains works wonderfully, especially in the morning with coffee. Inside, it was clean, fresh, and everything needed was there (comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette). The surrounding area is well maintained, with places to sit outside and relax in silence. The owners were very polite and helpful. A solid base for walks, sailing, or kayaking. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. I recommend it!

A lovely always-available host. The view from the window is wonderful. Plenty of parking and a shared area where you can grill and have fun. Even when the weather was bad, we set up a table in the room and could enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view through the window. The kitchen is very well equipped. The curtains could use a wash.
