Everything was great, but the rates were a downside.

The staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, yet we were hit with extra charges that weren’t ours; after several phone calls they finally corrected the mistake.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and comfy, just a few steps from Kandy City Centre, though it looked a bit dated.

It was quiet and clean, but the air conditioner made a lot of noise.
