It’s a good spot to reach the sea in just a few minutes by car, in the Porto Badino area, and about 15 minutes to Terracina and San Felice al Circeo beaches; the owners are friendly and helpful. The agriturismo needs modernization and more upkeep; the apartments are decent, clean, and functional but very old, worn, and roughly furnished. The surrounding green area could be better used with more care and some simple additions like an outdoor shower, a table with chairs, or a few loungers. There’s potential for improvement, but the price paid is fully justified, no more.

The location is good, but the room’s low slanted roof and the many beams in the middle give a constant head‑butting feeling, though fortunately the height isn’t too extreme.

The staff are friendly, sociable, and helpful; the apartment has two rooms, which let me sleep without hearing my father’s snoring, and the place is clean.
