“Mal servicio”
The staff were quick and the room was comfortable, but the receptionists were rude, the air conditioning didn’t work, and they never cleaned the room.
“Probably won't stay here in the future.”
It was a hot day and the air conditioner failed, preventing a good rest—exactly why we paid extra for a Holiday Inn Express, expecting comfort after driving from AZ to WI and needing solid sleep each night.
“Won’t stay again”
The rate was too high, there were not enough towels, no ice bucket, no cups, and the coffee was poor; the front entrance also needed a cleaner appearance when you walk in.
“If there is an ac problem I hope they fix it.”
The breakfast was decent and the room was spotless, yet the temperature was unbearable—outside it was 103 degrees, the pool felt like a sauna, the room’s thermostat wouldn’t lower the heat, the AC by the window barely blew, and the whole hotel was scorching, making it impossible to sleep and leaving me wondering how the maintenance and cleaning crews manage their duties.
The bed was uncomfortable.
