The location was perfect, the Patheon area was very walkable from our spot, and there were plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had a nice bathroom. The lady who freshened our room was excellent and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay! The only downside was that there isn’t really a front desk to help with restaurant suggestions or taxis—just for check‑in.

The place sits at the crossroads of all tourist cultural routes in Rome, very convenient yet in a quiet lane. Everything was perfectly clean, cleaned daily, and there’s an elevator. The beds were very comfortable, lighting was well thought out, everything was new, stylish, and the receptionist was very kind! The only thing that bothered me was that the wifi would turn off at 12 am a couple of times until the morning.

Don’t worry about the alley entrance; stepping through the doorway and up to the units, Abby greeted us, was gracious and helpful, showed us our room, and helped orient us with all the surrounding attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We could walk to most key sights, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, plus a clean and efficient laundromat.
