Close to the train station, the front‑desk ladies were lovely and helpful, yet the walls were paper thin—could hear a neighbour coughing, sneezing, his alarm, etc.; ear plugs would be handy. Only one towel was provided, and a face/hair towel would have been nice.

The room and bathroom were clean and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. However, there were fewer tea and coffee options in the room, and the Wi‑Fi was missing; the staff mentioned supplier problems and that they were switching providers.

The staff were available, quick to respond, and cheerful with smiles—thanks for the warm welcome and kindness. The mattress comfort was average, but I managed to rest.
