“Nice location, run like Airbnb”

Seminyak is a busy area, and this property is slightly offset on a busy street, which makes it a bit quieter. The location is convenient and walkable to many places. The studio itself is very large and comfortable, with lounge areas next to the pool, a dining area, and a big washroom. The property is run like an Airbnb, so there isn’t a front desk staffed 24/7. You must inform the host of your exact arrival/departure time to have someone there. Even with that time specified, sometimes there was still no staff, and you had to hunt them down by walking around the property.

The place sits in a great spot, just a walk to the beach and all the key Seminyak spots for eating and shopping, but the décor feels a bit old‑fashioned.

“Comfortable and reasonable price with a great location”

Location perfection. Staff amazing. Fresh new towels and sheets this trip. (4th stay). Little things that get missed. I had 1 spoon and about 5 knives in my cutlery drawer. No forks. No corkscrew or bottle opener. No hooks to hang towels and no tea towel fro drying dishes. Small things. Still love this place

“Great location, clean, comfortable and good service - will be back”

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location and ended up staying two nights; the only downside was that the stairway to the upper bedroom was a touch steep.

“My new favourite place to stay. Great for a solo traveler, couple or even a group of friends to book multiple studios.”

The location is amazing—right in the middle of everything I love yet quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom and bench space are good. It just needs a bit more care on the small details, like working lights and a clean, functional shower head.
