The room was excellent, but the customer service was terrible. I booked in December 25 with breakfast, yet the new owner never informed us that the hotel was on vacation and breakfast was not available. At arrival, the owner could only be reached by phone and we were not told that breakfast was unavailable. On the departure day, the owner was unreachable. A very friendly staff member told us that we weren’t the only guests facing this issue. We paid and left. I would advise anyone to avoid this hotel despite its nice rooms, especially at this price, and to bring their own towels, toothbrushes, and shower products. We found genuine hospitality at Hotel Bonsberg about 20 km away, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft war das Hotel (Rezeption) nicht besetzt. Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen konnten wir jemanden erreichen, der uns den Zimmerschlüssel übergeben hat. Die Betten wurden in unserem gesamten Urlaub nur 2x gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde gar nicht geputzt. Handtücher bekamen wir 1x neu. Das Frühstück war spartanisch, daher haben wir nur einmal dort gefrühstückt. Das bekam jeder Bäcker in der Umgebung besser hin. Das angeschlossene Restaurant hatte am zweiten Tag geöffnet und wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Danach war das Restaurant allerdings wegen Krankheit geschlossen

Very nice location, right on the beach. The staff were unfriendly and rude. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable; the lower third of the lying area was the board from the couch’s “bed box.” The bathroom is unfortunately very old and no longer modern. An attempt to create a vintage look fell short of reality.
