Located in Porto, the 4-star Timbre Heroismo hotel is situated in front of Heroismo Metro Station, offering convenient parking. The hotel is 1.5 km from central Aliados Avenue and a 15-minute walk from the Douro riverside area. Comfortable rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and WiFi, while the AddVerso restaurant serves a breakfast buffet with local products.

住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The hotel was excellent—breakfasts were great, parking is in the same building for an extra fee, rooms are new, and the restaurant staff are incredibly pleasant. Unfortunately, the reception staff were almost always dissatisfied and didn’t smile.

Everything was spot‑on: design, cleanliness, quiet, welcome, the metro‑front location, breakfast, and secure parking.

The staff’s friendliness outweighs the hotel’s overall charm; the room is spacious, as is the breakfast lounge, and the reception and lobby are large and welcoming. The price is too high for a four‑star hotel. The handheld shower tap leaked water down the pipe and couldn’t provide cold water, even when pressing the hidden button beneath the handle, so I could never mix temperatures; the shower was not intuitive and should have clearer instructions or be replaced with a more functional model.

The location, cleanliness, and helpful staff are great, it’s close to public transport, and breakfast is good, but there was nothing to complain about.

It was an easy check in process. Friendly staff. Conveniently located near bars and restaurants walking distance and via short bolt ride. NA
