The property is absolutely stunning and well located. The room was very spacious, well‑appointed, and comfortable. The welcoming and friendly staff were amazing and could handle any of our requests without hesitation. We would have liked to stay longer but would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Franschhoek. The only negative was that we had to leave.

The hotel was perfect, the room super comfy and cozy, the lavender decor gorgeous! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. On the last day we checked out before breakfast, so they left a travel basket with fruit, yogurt, croissant, and cake. Absolutely perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is flawless with many options. The atmosphere feels magical and perfect for recharging, and the team was very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed something. Nothing negative. A key tip for travelers: we visited in winter, and in general shops and services open late and close early, so it’s worth planning ahead.
