The staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble, even printing documents so we could extend our visas; if I am being hyper critical, no drinks can be purchased and no WiFi by the pool, but it's not the end of the world.

The pool area is amazing, staff is very nice, and the rooms are big; AC is very big, it actually stopped working in my room so I switched to the other room, everything is pretty old so you really have to be careful, knobs not working properly, etc.
