Breakfast was okay and the location was fine, but the room, parking, and electricity were not working, and I couldn’t use my sleep‑apnea device.

The breakfast was amazing, everything we wanted to see was close by, the staff were very hospitable, we felt very safe, the views from the property were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and overall it was an amazing stay.

The host was very welcoming, the location was great, and the room was spotless – overall the accommodation was excellent. Check‑in was effortless thanks to the clear instructions Daniela sent us. Breakfast was generous and tasty. A real gem for a pleasant stay in Leno and a good base to explore Bellagio and Varenna.

“Super Unterkunft für einen Trip an den Comer See”

The bus connection, service and breakfast were good, earplugs were provided, and the blinds in the room made it easy to darken the space. The parking was quite expensive, but that’s because it’s right across the street and not fenced off.

“I would absolutely stay here again, it was better than most hotels we’ve been to.”

Getting in was perfect for a late arrival, and after we checked out our bags were kept for us so we could stroll to the nearby villa. The property’s location is ideal for trips to the villa, a bus stop 2 minutes away, a market 5 minutes away, and a restaurant 5 minutes away – all within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing. The only minor issue was that our windows faced the street, so we could hear cars, and as Americans we’re used to softer beds, but here the mattresses are on the firmer side.
