The only bright side was the gorgeous riverside location that’s easy to reach from the main road. The room was filthy: new floor and bedding didn’t help because the tub and shower were dirty, cobwebs dangled in corners, a musty odor lingered, and flies swarmed. We checked in late and the man who answered the phone kept cutting me off. When we finally got into the room, the patio doors to the river were unlocked and anyone walking the back of the building could get in.

I loved that it was on the lake, but the place was a little dirty—still clean enough to sleep comfortably.

Nice riverside spot with a good view, close to town, friendly staff, and quiet. The bed was fine, but the room and hotel looked a bit tired and could use a deeper clean in some areas. There weren’t many people in town during my stay.
