I liked the value for money and the great location, but it would have been nicer if a lamp shade had been placed beside the bed and if a closet were available.

The check‑in staff were helpful, but the night staff were unfair: we expected six 3‑in‑1 coffees but only received three, and when we asked for more later they told us we’d have to pay. The 416 shower needs replacing, and the handwash tap is leaking and needs fixing.
