I arrived at the place and the owner said there was no reservation; I showed my booking proof and she said it was a website error. She helped resolve the issue by directing me to another lodge, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. That’s what I just mentioned.

Nothing about this place was good – every aspect felt off, from the noisy hallway to the shabby furnishings. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The spot is right where you want to be, but the room itself was a let‑down. The air‑con never cooled, the TV remote was dead, and the toilet seat lid was completely broken, which made the stay uncomfortable.

We loved the breathtaking view over Vitória Bay and the prime location, plus the owner was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t part of the rate, so we had to eat elsewhere.
